Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GID Studio, we strive to provide high-quality educational content, software solutions, and consulting services. However, because our products are digital and our services are time-based, we have established the following refund policies to ensure fairness for both parties.
1. Digital Products (Courses & Academy)
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. For our online courses, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded the offline resources (source code, PDFs, or assets) associated with the course.
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
If you have consumed a significant portion of the course or downloaded the proprietary assets, we reserve the right to decline the refund request to prevent intellectual property theft.
2. Downloadable Assets (Scripts, Templates, Code)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of Scripts, Source Code, Templates, and E-books are Final and Non-Refundable.
Once you purchase and download a file, there is no way to “return” it. Please check the demos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Consulting & Custom Development
For services such as Business Consultation, Custom Software Development, or Digitalization Setup:
- Cancellation before work begins: 100% Refund (minus any payment processing fees).
- Cancellation after work begins: No refund. The deposit or payment covers the time and resources already allocated to your project.
- Consultation Calls: If you miss a scheduled call without 24-hour notice, the fee is non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a request, please email us at contact@gidstudio.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
Please include:
- Your Order ID.
- The email address used for purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
We typically review and process requests within 24-48 business hours.
GID Studio reserves the right to deny refunds to users who abuse this policy (e.g., repeated refunds or account sharing).
