1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Simple Tools mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or install the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original source code, user interface design, graphics, visual assets, brand name, logo, and core algorithms, is owned by GID Studio and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission from GID Studio.

3. License & Usage Rules

GID Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with, alter, or bypass any advertising mechanisms, reward systems, or security features built into the App.
  • Automatedly extract or scrape data from the App.

4. Advertising & Reward Passes

The App is ad-supported and utilizes third-party advertising networks (such as Google Mobile Ads / AdMob) to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.

  • Ad-Free Passes: The App may offer rewarded ad options (e.g. watching a video ad to receive a 24-hour ad-free pass). These passes are non-monetary, non-transferable in-app benefits designed to enhance user experience. GID Studio reserves the right to modify or adjust ad frequency and reward pass parameters.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Calculations

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Calculation Accuracy: While Simple Tools strives for high precision across all calculation tools (e.g. Zakat Calculator, Loan EMI, Financial Trackers, Unit Converters, Health Indices), calculations are provided for informational and general educational purposes only. They do not constitute official financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Users should independently verify critical calculations prior to making financial or legal decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GID Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, hardware malfunction, financial loss, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

GID Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted online at https://gidstudio.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
